Celebrate Fall: Family Events in the Greater Cincinnati area

Hillsboro, September 13 – November 3
Dark Harvest Productions is a haunted attraction located in Highland County Ohio that takes place every weekend starting from September 13th through November 3rd. This event is held on a 194 acre farm that includes a corn maze, pumpkin patch and a haunted trail. Daily admission into the village is free from 10am until 5pm. Winchester, Opening day September 14
Erwin Farms & Corn Maze is an annual fall event held in Winchester, Ohio. Operating hours are from 10 AM to 9 PM. This event is a great option for families with kids of all ages, claiming to have two months packed full of fun for the entire family.
Mason, September 20 – October 27
Kings Island is always a good option for family fun but the Halloween Haunt is more of an option for families with kids over the age of thirteen. The Kings Island Halloween Haunt is said to be the most immersive and haunted attraction in the Greater Cincinnati area, including a fully transformed amusement park, scare zones and mazes, and scary creatures waiting around every corner.
Yellow Springs, September 21 – October 27
Young’s Jersey Dairy is located in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Young’s offers a variety of fall activities for families with kids of all ages, including pumpkin picking, Cowvin’s Corny Maze, and a Haunted Wagon Ride with scary stories. For $25 you can get the Moo-It-All Wristband that includes picking your own pumpkin, a ticket to the corn maze and playland, and a two-dip waffle cone of their own homemade ice cream. Cincinnati Zoo, October 12-13, 19-20, and 26-27
12pm – 5pm
HallZOOween is an event held on select weekends in October by the Cincinnati Zoo. The event is free with general zoo admission. Children are encouraged to wear costumes and bring their own treat bags for trick or treat stations throughout the zoo.
